Clean Water Act 401 CertificationClean Water Act 401 Water Quality Certification Douglas PUD filed its Final 401 Certification Request with Ecology on September 30, 2010. The Final 401 Certification Request contains copies of the studies, evaluations and reports that support Douglas PUD's application for Water Quality Certification. Appendix A contains all of the documents supporting the Wells Anadromous Fish Agreement and Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP) including the HCP Agreement, supporting documents, biological opinions, incidental take statements, FERC orders, juvenile survival study results and annual reports (2004-2009). Appendix A also includes a detailed description of Douglas PUD's current hatchery production facilities. Appendix B contains all of the studies, evaluations and reports that support the Wells Aquatic Settlement Agreement.
