Study Plan Document

The Integrated Licensing Process (ILP) requires Douglas PUD to propose a detailed study plan document, which will include multiple proposed studies, within six months of filing the Notice of Intent (NOI) and Pre-Application Document (PAD). The study plan document must contain specific information about each study and include timelines and reporting procedures.

The regulations specify that the study plan document be developed by Douglas PUD with interested agencies, tribes, or members of the public offering comment. The study plan document will cover up to two years of studies.

Douglas PUD's Proposed Study Plan Document was filed with FERC on May 16, 2007.

Douglas PUD's Revised Study Plan Document was filed with FERC on September 14, 2007.
