Relicensing Timeline

According to Integrated Licensing Process (ILP) regulations, a rigorous timeline is initiated once the Notice of Intent (NOI) and Pre-Application Document (PAD) are filed with FERC. This timeline includes such things as the filing of the NOI and PAD, activities pertaining to the first and second season of studies, and the filing of the Draft License Application and Final License Application.

Douglas PUD has developed a Relicensing Timeline related to Wells Project Relicensing under the ILP. This timeline is used as a resource by Douglas PUD's Relicensing Team. It can also help agencies, interested parties, and customer/owners better understand key dates and activities related to Wells Project Relicensing.
