Douglas PUD will file its final license application to FERC May 31, 2010. Douglas PUD will distribute copies of the license application to state and federal resource agencies, local governments, Indian tribes, members of the public and other interested parties. Subsequent to the filing of the license application, FERC will issue either a final Environmental Analysis (EA) or Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and ultimately a new license for the Wells Project.

The final license application will be available on this website after it is finalized and submitted to FERC.
