The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has the authority to issue notices and orders related to the Wells Project (FERC Project No. 2149). FERC notices issued during Wells Project relicensing, will be available on this website.

Note: Each participant in the relicensing proceeding for the Wells Project can register to receive a notice each time FERC posts a document to its website regarding relicensing. To register, go to FERC’s website at www.ferc.gov. Click on “Documents and Filing,” then “eSubscription.” The website provides further instructions.
