After Douglas PUD files either its Preliminary License Proposal (PLP) or Draft License Application (DLA), FERC will decide to prepare either a draft or final Environmental Analysis (EA) or Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). These documents will include, among other things, draft license articles and any preliminary mandatory terms and conditions. The process allows for a comment period for each document.

The draft or final EA or EIS will be available on this website when issued by FERC.
