After Douglas PUD files its Draft License Application (DLA), FERC will prepare a draft and final Environmental Assessment (EA). This document will include, among other things, draft license articles and any preliminary mandatory terms and conditions. The process allows for a comment period for this document.

The draft and final EA will be available on this website when issued by FERC.
